She has been immersed in the world of beauty since her undergrad days when she began her career as a freelance makeup artist. Since, she spent over a decade at MAC supporting brand expansion, DEI efforts, sales and retail operations, and now runs Shay B. Beautiful, her consulting firm dedicated to beauty industry professionals.
